CHALLENGE!
-Do a 3 minute plank! (on elbows)
-Do as many strict push ups you can do in a minute.

BEATING BLOAT!
It’s been WAY too long since my last post but here I am!
Here are some tips on beating bloat:
-EXERCISE! Even just 10 minutes will get your digestive tract moving. But why not just push it to 30-45 minutes! That will really get the blood flowing and your stomach will look flatter.
-TEA! Peppermint or chamomile tea has been said to calm your inflated stomach by relaxing digestive...
